This artwork is a redux of an artwork I first created in 2012 as a gift for a friend. Now I’ve revisited the artwork and improved it in various ways. One of the improvements is using my newly updated and now available character, Rickard 3. I’m pleased with how this artwork turned out as it really looks like a scene from a certain movie.
Technical Notes

Besides replacing the main character with my new Rickard 3, I also changed the lighting to an IDL setup. As an added detail, I added menus with “Club Obi Wan” written on them in an authentic font to match the movie that inspired this piece. In postwork, I created the depth of field and vignette effect plus used some actions to give the entire render a vintage noir feel.
