My first attempt at an artwork since mid-February and I’m not sure whether I like it or not. I’ll post it here, for now, so you can let me know what you think of it and if I should create more like it. This piece was inspired by the Mass Effect 3 video game which I’ve been playing a lot since I got sick (takes my mind off the pain). I tried to match the visual style with high contrast, dark vignette, and film grain along with lots of lens flares. I think I did alright. Here you can see Garrus getting ready to face off against a Brute with one of the large Reapers in the far background. The Normandy SR2 is above and getting ready to land so Shepard can help Garrus out, just like old times.
