This is my third entry to the Renderosity Holiday Contest which has the theme “sounds of the season”. I’m not sure when or how the idea for this one popped into my head but I’m quite pleased with how it turned out. I didn’t render the depth of field effect in Poser because I couldn’t get it looking right. So, I rendered without it and then faked the effect in Photoshop. Still, the biggest challenge for this piece was the posing. Posing two characters which are not only close together, but touching, is a bit difficult. Thankfully I managed to get their hands and such correctly posed anyway.
