This piece was inspired by the macaws of Peru who gather in flocks of hundreds or more at the banks of the Manu River to collect the clay there. I tried my best to recreate such a scene with 3D art and I think I got pretty damn close. I love birds, especially parrots, and I can hardly wait to do more artworks with them.
