These Boots
These boots were made for walkin’ and that’s just what they’ll do. One of these days these boots are gonna walk all over you.

This piece was inspired by the music video (the first by a woman!) for “These Boots are Made for Walking” by Nancy Sinatra. The background for her video was not so bold; it was basically just an orange backdrop and some red flags which I found kind of funny. (What do we decorate the soundstage with? I don’t know but I’ve got these leftover flags…) I also wanted to show off my new Flower Power textures for the La Hippie outfit and boots and this seemed perfect! I should figure out how to show the screencap from the music video that I used as my pose reference as I’m rather proud of how close I came to the reference. Or I could just tell you to go to YouTube and watch it. It’s a good song with a fantastic bassline.
