I’m so not ready for winter but it’s on its way regardless. At least I can soften the blow by making pretty artworks about it, I guess. Given that it’s now mid-December, I suppose it’s time for me to create winter and Xmas-y artworks. So here it goes! This one features the snow fairy character I created last year named D9S Neiva. I love the color blue, so I like this one even though it makes me feel chilly.
Technical Notes

I rendered this in Poser 12 with Superfly and depth of field. It uses the light set I created and included with my D9S Neiva character set plus the sky dome as an ambient light. In postwork I used a few Photoshop actions and adjustment layers to mess around with the colors and contrast. Finally, I used a brush from Rons Magical Snow to add the falling tiny snowflakes to the image and then added a thin white border to the final artwork.
