Notes

I began this scene with the usual lighting setup of mine and then I decided to instead try out a new lighting set I’d bought, Afrodite-Ohki’s Level Up Superfly Outdoor Expansion. This is my first render using HDRI environment dome to light a scene and it certainly won’t be the last! I love the results!! I think this scene was inspired by a render I saw literal years ago by Verica Hupe. It’s not a copy, just slightly similar. This is also yet another autumn scene! I hope you love autumn as much as I do because there are likely more autumn scenes to come!
Technical Notes

As mentioned in my main notes, I used an HDRI environment dome to light this scene along with a green rim light on the main figure. I had never done lighting like this before, but I certainly love the results! It did take a while longer to render than other recent scenes but that could also be due to the grass and leaves. I did almost no postwork on this because I loved the raw render too much as-is. I did add a slight vignette effect but that’s it. Oh, I also erased the grass going through her feet. The blades you see near her right foot are between her toes as she plays with it. I fidget like that a lot.
