This is a redux of an artwork I created back in 2020 to show off the free parrot toy created by my friend Perpetualrevision. (You can find it in Renderosity Free Stuff.) This time I used better Superfly materials on all the props (I even created a brand-new material for the cage to mimic what my former cockatoo’s cage looked like) and did a better job of postwork on everything including the cockatoos which needed some touching-up. I tried to pose the cockatoos as realistically as I could from my memories of the Goffin’s Cockatoo that I once had. I hope I did right by them, and him.
