Desperate Music

She is desperate to seek solace in her music as the storm clouds finally start to pass and the sun rises out of hiding.

Notes
This artwork was inspired by the old screenname of my BFF of now going on 21 years, Stephanie. I tried to show a depressed musician trying to write a new song as the storm clouds finally begin to depart and the sun rises. It took a long time to get the exterior lighting to look right, and the exterior scene to look right, and the interior scene, and, and, and… I think I finally got it; I hope I finally got it. I’m not sure why I had to put the tree in there though, but I just HAD to, and it took an hour to get it positioned correctly. I used to overlook details for the main subject in my artworks, now I obsess over the details!
