Notes
I decided to take a short break from my Star Saga project and create something original as my next artwork to publish. This was inspired by an idea I came up with back in 2009. I always liked the image I created back then but it had some glaring flaws that I couldn’t overlook. Well, now I have a new version that is vastly improved! This is interesting to me because it starts as a 3D render but then I flatten it into a 2D image which I postworked, using a variety of PS layer styles and brushes, until it looked 3D again. I love how this turned out!
